Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Policy:

    Refunds are not possible less than one month before the event, regardless of personal circumstances. The cancellation policy is final and not negotiable. We regret any difficult personal circumstances preventing attendance, including medical concerns, emergencies, severe weather, or transport difficulties. However, the logistics of event management prevent us from assuming responsibility for such difficulties.

  • Transfer of Registration to Another Person:

    Registrations are transferable to another person in full, provided:

    Their application is submitted in advance and subject to the same conditions of approval.

    The transfer is covered by an administration fee of $50.

    Transferring the remainder of the registration to another person, in case a delegate can only attend part of a training, is NOT possible.

  • Cancellation/Reschedule of an Event:

    In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be contacted within 10 days of the event date. Options available include:

    A full refund of your paid registration fee minus the merchant transaction fee.

    Transfer of your registration into another equivalent event on our calendar.

    A credit note for the full amount paid to be used at any future events.

  • Travelling Arrangements:

    We undertake no liability for the cancellation of travel and accommodation costs. We recommend taking travel insurance to mitigate any financial loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
